Barbara Gasper –

Executive Director & Treasurer
Barb brings over 50 years of theater experience, both on and off stage, across multiple stages in multiple states. Throughout her career, she has been involved in more than 60 productions as a producer, director, stage manager, costume designer, technical designer, and performer. She has served on the boards of two theater organizations as business manager and treasurer in addition to co-founding Beyond the Wing Theater with Maureen and Roxie. Barb enjoys teaching theater basics to newcomers and takes pride in watching them grow in both skill and confidence.

Maureen Keplinger –

Artistic Director & President
Maureen has worked in education, specializing in disabilities, since 2013. As a mother of four and a student of child and family psychology and social work, she brings a strong understanding of children, families and the importance of creating a supportive environment where everyone can participate and learn.

Maureen also has experience in theater, special events and conventions. Her creative side comes out in the many aspects of productions she works on, including casting, directing, set design and developing the overall look and feel of a show. She enjoys finding creative ways to help performers bring a production to life.

Roxanne Kadiam –

Technical Director & Secretary
Roxie has been involved in theater since elementary school and has continued performing throughout her life. She is currently a college student studying paramedicine, while continuing to pursue her love of theater.

In addition to performing, Roxie works with both children and adults through one-on-one acting coaching and has experience as a theater camp counselor. She enjoys helping performers become more comfortable onstage, build their confidence and develop their acting skills. Her years as a performer give her a firsthand understanding of the challenges and excitement that comes with learning theater.
