Oversees operations and finances, ensuring the organization remains strong, sustainable, and focused on serving our community.

Maureen Keplinger –

Artistic Director & President
Leads the creative vision, directs productions, oversees casting, and designs sets — all while fostering confidence and belonging in every performer.

Roxanne Kadiam –

Technical Director & Secretary
Manages board records, oversees technical production elements, and coaches performers to grow both on and off the stage.
